On hehalf of our group I would like to pass our thanks onto you and your Staff for the very successful Xmas in July you arranged on Saturday 24th July 2004. We all thoroughly enjoyed th A1 meal, entertainment, accommodation and friendliness shown throughout Saturday and Sunday.

PLease thank your Chef for the scrumptious Christmas Dinner last Saturday evening 17/7/04. Also to your Pianist and Singer which also contributed to the evening being a great success.
We will definately be back next year for your Christmas in July and will certainly be bringing a few extras. I also thought Psycho Santa was The Greatest. Once again congratulations to you all and thanks for a memorable weekend.

Dear Jessica,
I would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude to you, Trevor, Steph, Dan and Ross for making our stay at Settlers House so magnificent on 3/4 Mar 07.
The service was exceptional, room very, very comfortable and the meals absolutely superb.
I mention the service in particular as all the staff were friendly (even under the great pressure they were operating under) and moreso efficient, courteous and extremely helpful.
As you can tell we were so impressed we are to visit again after Jun 07 and look forward to another wonderful stay.

I just wanted to write and thankyou and your staff for such a pleasurable weekend. My partner and I stayed at Settlers House in the Parker Auite on Saturday 10th to enjoy your Christmas in July celebrations.

To say that we had a fantastic time would be an understatement. We were extremely impressed with the package of pre-dinner drinks, dinner accommodation and breakfast and found everything to our complete satisfaction. We loved our room, and the ambience created by the log fires, the fold musicians, and the food and beverages provided. Your staff was at all times friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable.

We feel that we have stumbled onto a goldmine and are allrady looking forward to enjoying Christmas in July with you next year. I have thoroughly recommended your establishmnet to firens and family and thank you and your staff most sincerely for for such a pleasurable experience.

I am writing to thank you for our wonderful stay in Settlers' House
last week. Room # 7 was quiet and comfortable, the breakfasts were delicious and your staff very helpful, polite and friendly. I was most impressed by them. Please pass on my compliments. It was my first visit to York but not the last!
